Once you subscribed to Pausly Pro and an organization has been created for you, all employees of your company can join this organization.

Send your employees the link to your organization page. As an example, this is the link to our organization page: https://www.pausly.app/@pausly

On each organization page, you’ll see a “Join” button in the top right corner.

The employee has a Pausly account with a company email

If the user created the Pausly account with a company email, then they’ll simply be able to join the organization without further intervention.

The employee used a different email address, but owns a company email

If the user created a Pausly account with a personal email address but owns a company email they will be presented with a form where they’ll be able to request an email to their company email address to confirm that they are part of the organization:

The employee does not have a company email

In this case we need to manually add the user. Please send us a a request email from one of your company email addresses and we’ll add the user.
